Payment Policy

Payment for our services, products, and material must be made in full at the end of the service call. We cannot accept down payments or multiple payment terms. All payments must be made in full usually with one transaction unless special arrangements are made. At the request of our credit card processing provider, splitting the payment amongst two credit cards is not acceptable. All prices shown on the quotation or invoice are subject to change without notice. HPS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who is not already an existing HPS customer.

Payment Methods

For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods:
Credit card payments and personal cheques are accepted on invoices of $3,000.00 or less. Credit Cards: You can use your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express card for payment to HPS. For your security, a Credit Card Purchase Authorization form may be required to be completed with your personal identification and signature for credit card purchases. If payment is made by credit card, the credit card billing address on file with the bank must match the address where the HPS service work was provided. Debit cards and cash are also accepted.

Provincial and Federal Tax

GST and PST will be added to each invoice. GST is calculated as 5% of the invoice total, and PST is calculated as 7% of the cost of materials used on the job. There is no PST on the labour portion of the invoice.
